Do I have to pay by PayPal?
No! You are also able to pay via credit or debit card – simply click on the yellow Checkout with PayPal box with the bank card options running underneath - you can then choose your preferred option when you go through to your cart page
When will my order arrive?
Your order should be with you within 7 working days depending on the product and the formulation period. Some Bespoke products can take longer to formulate and you will be advised of this.
I have placed an order, but haven’t received confirmation

How much is postage and packing?
Delivery for second class postage and packing is £4.50 per order and FREE for orders over £60.
Can products be mailed overseas?
Sorry, at the moment, all items can only be sent to customers within the UK.
If you are local and would prefer to collect in person, simply email me when you place your order and the postal charge will be refunded to you.
Gift cards can be collected in person for free or posted to you or the recipient and may be redeemed against any product or treatment. You will receive an email once ordered requesting details (postage and packaging charges will apply)
How do I purchase and redeem my Gift Card?
Gift Cards purchased on the shop page may be used in person for treatments or products and can be sent to you or the recipient via post or email. Once purchased, you will receive an email to arrange delivery.
How do I return an order?
We are unable to accept returns on items due to their bespoke nature and also due to hygiene
